Erika is currently accepting new massage therapy and personal training clients.

Massage Therapy: Direct billing is available to most insurance providers in Canada. if you have questions about your specific insurance policy, please contact me directly. I do not offer direct billing to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or MSP at this time.

Please note: I do not have a waiting room in my office. Due to the privacy of my 1:1 space, I cannot have more than one client here at a time. Please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. When it is time for your visit, simply come to the blue door and knock to be let in. There is ample free parking available in front of our building. Should you need further assistance with directions, please contact me directly.

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less to your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made within three hours of your appointment time, as well as no shows, are subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
